Cancelling Your Order
The United Kingdoms Distance Selling Regulations gives you the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from room14menswear.co.uk, for a full refund within 7 working days of receipt. You must inform us by email clearly stating your order number. If your order has already been processed it is your responsibility to return the order to us at your cost. The Distance Selling Regulations do not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Returning or exchanging an item
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item to us unworn, unwashed complete with all original tags, and in a re-saleable condition within 14 days of receipt.
When trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume / aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or mark on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.
When returning items they must be well packaged to avoid any damage in the post. If returning footwear, it must be in its original box and undamaged. Footwear returned without the original box will not be accepted unless faulty.
After satisfactory inspection of your return we will issue a refund for the item on receipt. Refund timescales may vary so please allow 10 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement.
Please note the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. The item is also your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that your send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
Any customs or import duties that are charged once the parcel reaches us are the responsibility of the buyer.

We will then advise you on how to proceed with the return. You have 14 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
